Job Summary
A company is looking for a Travel Specialist to manage corporate travel platforms and provide support to business travelers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline customer service and support for travelers and executive assistants
- Act as a backup to the Global Travel Manager and manage Concur Travel site administration
- Ensure travel policy compliance, validate travel spend, and oversee supplier performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the corporate travel industry
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Concur Travel (administrative side required)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Certificate in Tourism, Hospitality, or Travel Management preferred
- Bonus: Tourism, Travel or GTP certification
