Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Specialist to manage corporate travel platforms and provide support to business travelers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline customer service and support for travelers and executive assistants
  • Act as a backup to the Global Travel Manager and manage Concur Travel site administration
  • Ensure travel policy compliance, validate travel spend, and oversee supplier performance
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the corporate travel industry
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Concur Travel (administrative side required)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Certificate in Tourism, Hospitality, or Travel Management preferred
  • Bonus: Tourism, Travel or GTP certification
