Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Support Specialist responsible for providing assistance and support to travel advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle daily inquiries from advisors and provide ticketing support for air reservations
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and operational support within a Service Desk environment
  • Research and troubleshoot Service Desk inquiries, ensuring timely responses and resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient in Sabre with at least 5 years of experience
  • Experience with multiple GDS platforms, preferably Travelport Plus
  • Deep knowledge of Sabre formats, air ticketing, and international reservation processes
  • Ability to manage difficult situations and know when to escalate issues
  • Flexible working hours are required
