Job Summary
A company is looking for a Travel Support Specialist responsible for providing assistance and support to travel advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily inquiries from advisors and provide ticketing support for air reservations
- Deliver high-quality customer service and operational support within a Service Desk environment
- Research and troubleshoot Service Desk inquiries, ensuring timely responses and resolution
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Sabre with at least 5 years of experience
- Experience with multiple GDS platforms, preferably Travelport Plus
- Deep knowledge of Sabre formats, air ticketing, and international reservation processes
- Ability to manage difficult situations and know when to escalate issues
- Flexible working hours are required
