Travel Technology Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Travel Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead travel technology initiatives and manage the Mid Office support team
• Oversee key applications and implement additional agent-facing travel products
• Train and coach team members to ensure efficient customer service and project management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the travel industry, including operations and project management
• Minimum 7 years of experience with the GDS Sabre system
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a management role with direct reports
• Experience with Concur Compleat is a must
• Advanced knowledge of the travel industry
