Job Summary
Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, the full-time remote Travel Technology Manager will assess incidents, determine solution approaches during implementation, and conduct customer-facing implementations of online booking tools and other products.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct customer-facing implementations of OBTs and other products
- Logically assess incidents, replicate errors, and test situations as needed
- Coordinate activities with internal and external teams across various issues
Required qualifications
- Advanced experience in the corporate travel industry
- Advanced experience in travel technology
- Basic project management experience
- Advanced administration knowledge of online booking tools (e.g., Concur, Cytric)
- Advanced experience in an international workspace
