Conduct assessments to replicate errors or test situations
Analyze larger requirements involving multiple systems and processes
Coordinate activities with internal and external teams on various issues

Required Qualifications

Experience in the travel industry
Experience in managing technology
Knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre
Experience in administration of Agent & Client facing Travel Technology
Familiarity with OBT's Cytric and/or Onesto is a plus
