Travel Technology Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for assessing incidents and implementing solutions, the full-time remote Travel Technology Specialist will analyze requirements, coordinate with teams, and execute complex configuration changes while ensuring adherence to service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct logical assessments and replicate errors or test situations as needed
• Analyze larger requirements involving multiple systems and processes
• Coordinate activities with internal and external teams across various issues

Required qualifications

• Experience in the travel industry and managing technology
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills
• Knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre systems
• Experience with Agent & Client facing Travel Technology and application administration
• Familiarity with OBT's Cytric and/or Onesto is a plus
