Job Summary
Responsible for assessing incidents and implementing solutions, the full-time remote Travel Technology Specialist will analyze requirements, coordinate with teams, and execute complex configuration changes while ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct logical assessments and replicate errors or test situations as needed
- Analyze larger requirements involving multiple systems and processes
- Coordinate activities with internal and external teams across various issues
Required qualifications
- Experience in the travel industry and managing technology
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills
- Knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre systems
- Experience with Agent & Client facing Travel Technology and application administration
- Familiarity with OBT's Cytric and/or Onesto is a plus
