Job Summary

Supporting product implementations and client training, the full-time remote Travel Technology Specialist will apply GDS expertise to enhance an online services platform while managing internal and external projects and providing technical support.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage Central Services Special Projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective implementation and client education
  • Provide 2nd level support for product issues, including troubleshooting GDS-related problems and assisting with Service Desk Tickets
  • Utilize technology tools to analyze project success, track benchmarks, and suggest process improvements
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (L4+)
  • Atriis configuration experience
  • 5+ years of travel operations experience
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and set goals
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
