Job Summary
Supporting product implementations and client training, the full-time remote Travel Technology Specialist will apply GDS expertise to enhance an online services platform while managing internal and external projects and providing technical support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage Central Services Special Projects from inception to completion, ensuring effective implementation and client education
- Provide 2nd level support for product issues, including troubleshooting GDS-related problems and assisting with Service Desk Tickets
- Utilize technology tools to analyze project success, track benchmarks, and suggest process improvements
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (L4+)
- Atriis configuration experience
- 5+ years of travel operations experience
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and set goals
- Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
