Job Summary
Supporting the National Travel Team, the full-time Travel Therapy Coordinator will manage scheduling, assist with clinic transfers, and maintain performance evaluations in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage scheduling of National Travelers and assist with clinic transfers
- Collect performance reviews and post-assignment evaluations from clinics and travelers
- Maintain accurate travel team roster and assist with reports and onboarding processes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with managing associate schedules preferred
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to model positive behavior and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
