Job Summary

Supporting the National Travel Team, the full-time Travel Therapy Coordinator will manage scheduling, assist with clinic transfers, and maintain performance evaluations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling of National Travelers and assist with clinic transfers
  • Collect performance reviews and post-assignment evaluations from clinics and travelers
  • Maintain accurate travel team roster and assist with reports and onboarding processes
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience with managing associate schedules preferred
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to model positive behavior and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
