Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Traveler Care Specialist for a fully remote, freelance contract position, who will manage incoming travel inquiries, build trusted relationships with luxury clients, and ensure exceptional customer service while working a 5-day week with rotating weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking ownership of traveler inquiries through various communication channels
- Build long-lasting relationships with luxury clients to exceed their expectations and strengthen their confidence in the services offered
- Ensure high inquiry conversion rates by demonstrating expertise in consultation and product knowledge related to Zicasso's offerings
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in the travel industry, focusing on luxury tours or hotels
- Strong fluency in oral and written English
- Passionate about travel with extensive international experience
- Comfortable with technology, including proficiency in Google Workspace
- A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
