Job Summary

A company is looking for a Traveler Success Specialist who will enhance the experience for travel clinicians through support and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinician payroll inquiries, including pay and deductions
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams
• Audit candidate documentation for accuracy and compliance while managing inbound communication

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting payroll, billing, or financial inquiries
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Experience in staffing, healthcare staffing, or recruiting operations is preferred
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms
