Job Summary
To support a growing global organization, the full-time Treasurer and Finance Operations will build and lead a modern treasury function, focusing on global liquidity strategy, banking relationships, and financial controls while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and optimize global treasury strategy, cash forecasting, and liquidity planning
- Administer debt facilities and manage lender relationships while ensuring compliance with financial covenants
- Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP integrations and automation of treasury processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA, CPA, CFA, CTP, or equivalent certification preferred
- 8-12+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or FP&A, with a focus on cash forecasting and liquidity management
- Experience with multinational treasury operations and leading finance transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical, modeling, and forecasting skills, along with deep treasury and banking expertise
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and leverage technology in finance operations
