Treasurer and SVP Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SVP Finance, Treasurer.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning
• Lead relationships with banks and financial institutions, and manage debt instruments
• Design and execute strategies for financial risk management and oversee treasury operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred
• 15+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, and/or professional services
• Extensive experience in treasury management within a mid-to-large-sized organization
• Experience in private-equity-backed, fast-growth organizations
• Deep expertise in cash management, capital markets, debt financing, and risk management
