A company is looking for a Treasury Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Works directly with clients via phone to provide technical and product support
Supports client outreach for migrations or changes impacting Treasury products
Documents system issues and escalates to team lead/manager when necessary

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
6+ years of customer service experience
5+ years of technical support experience
Experience in banking, financial services, treasury, and/or cash management
Experience with ACH, Wire, SWIFT, and Lockbox banking applications
