Treasury Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Works directly with Clients via phone
• Provides technical and product support of systems and procedures within Treasury Solutions
• Documents system issues and resolutions and escalates to team lead/manager when necessary

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of customer service experience handling in-person level conversations
• 5+ years of technical support experience
• Experience in banking, financial services, treasury and/or cash management
• Proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Office software products
