Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time Treasury Analyst will support core treasury operations and the administration of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) by managing daily cash, banking administration, and treasury reporting in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the annual ESOP administration process, including audits and communication activities
- Monitor cash and short-term liquidity to ensure sufficient funding for daily operations
- Prepare routine treasury reports and maintain cash flow forecasts and variance analyses
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate treasury, finance, or accounting
- 2 years of experience in ESOP or employee benefit plan administration
- Foundational knowledge of cash management, banking operations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems and ERP tools
