Treasury Analyst

Job Summary

Executing payment processing and reconciliation tasks, the full-time Premium Billing Treasury Analyst will manage financial transactions, ensure accurate client payments, and support treasury operations while collaborating with clients and internal teams, either remotely or onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and prepare weekly payments, creating NACHA files for carrier payments
• Reconcile incoming client payments with outgoing carrier payments to ensure accuracy
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies while communicating with clients and carriers

Required Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in treasury, accounting, billing, or financial operations
• Experience in premium billing or benefits administration preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
