Treasury and FinOps Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting day-to-day financial operations, the full-time remote Treasury and FinOps Analyst will manage payments, track financial documentation, and enhance processes through technology and automation.
Key responsibilities
- Process payments to creators, vendors, and suppliers while ensuring timely transactions
- Track incoming and outgoing payments, maintaining organized financial records and documentation
- Support month-end reporting and reconciliations, utilizing AI and automation tools to improve efficiency
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Bookkeeping, Finance Operations, or Accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience managing invoices, payments, collections, or reconciliations
- English proficiency (written and verbal)
