Treasury and FinOps Manager

Job Summary

Owning treasury and financial operations, the full-time remote Treasury and FinOps Manager will manage cash, collections, payments, and accounts receivable/payable while focusing on automating processes and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full cycle of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring processes are current and traceable
• Develop and implement a collections strategy to shorten the collection cycle and improve follow-up
• Manage cash visibility, reconciliations, and maintain organized payment calendars for timely vendor and seller payments

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in financial operations or treasury management
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Demonstrated ownership and leadership capabilities with a drive to grow into strategic roles
• Comfortable using technology and AI to enhance financial processes
• Strong financial judgment and problem-solving skills
