Job Summary

Leading the Treasury Department, the full-time Head of Treasury will manage financial strategies, oversee cash management, and ensure compliance with regulations in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement treasury policies and procedures to optimize cash flow and liquidity management
• Monitor and analyze financial markets to inform investment strategies and risk management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in treasury management or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Proven experience in cash management and financial analysis
• Ability to lead and mentor a team in a remote setting
