Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Assistant Treasurer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Treasury team, fostering professional growth and creating a culture of excellence
• Oversee capital markets and corporate finance strategies, including compliance and risk management
• Manage global cash positioning and liquidity strategies to support business growth

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, or banking experience, preferably in a publicly traded tech company
• Robust knowledge of capital markets, liquidity management, and share repurchase programs
• Experience with treasury management systems, cash forecasting models, and debt instruments
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA, CFA, or CTP preferred)
• Proficiency in financial modeling and risk analytics
