Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead treasury operations including cash forecasting, bank administration, and payment processing while ensuring compliance and strong internal controls
• Develop and manage a high performing treasury team, promoting a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement
• Drive treasury transformation initiatives, collaborating with IT and external partners to enhance operational efficiency and technology

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred
• 12-15 years of progressive treasury or finance experience with significant leadership responsibility
• Extensive experience in the life insurance industry, with a strong understanding of treasury operations and regulatory environments
• Proven success in leading treasury operations and system implementations in a regulated environment
• Professional certifications (CTP, CPA, CFA) are a plus
