Treasury Liquidity Specialist
Job Summary
Managing liquidity operations, the full-time Treasury Liquidity Specialist will ensure timely fund movements and accurate execution of payments across various accounts and currencies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Execute fund movements and monitor account balances to maintain liquidity for payouts in multiple currencies
- Act as the primary contact for liquidity providers and banking partners, coordinating necessary account management tasks
- Reconcile bank and liquidity provider statements, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies as needed
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of hands-on treasury or liquidity operations experience in a crypto exchange, fintech, or financial institution
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience managing multi-market liquidity, including fiat and stablecoin transactions across various banks and providers
- Direct experience with wire/ACH/SWIFT payments and spot FX or stablecoin conversions
- Familiarity with crypto custody/settlement platforms and strong reconciliation skills
