A company is looking for a Treasury Management Premier Service Account Manager - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for top-tier Treasury clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
• Conduct evaluations of client solutions and provide training to enhance their understanding and use of Treasury services
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and improve client experiences

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years of experience in treasury payment services customer service
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services
• Project management skills for planning and executing projects
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
