Treasury Management Advisor

Job Summary

To drive new business and retain treasury management clients, the full-time Treasury Management Advisor will provide consultative sales support, analyze client cash flows, and create tailored proposals while working in both virtual and face-to-face settings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients through consultative sales approaches
• Analyze client cash flows and create proposals for appropriate Treasury Management products and services
• Collaborate with Relationship Partners on business development efforts and conduct training sessions on Treasury products

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• One year of sales and/or commercial/consumer banking experience, including virtual sales
• Basic knowledge of banking terminology, functions, and regulations
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to develop rapport with clients
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
