Treasury Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and product support for Treasury Solutions and assist clients via phone
• Support client outreach for migrations or changes affecting Treasury products and assist in application testing
• Document system issues, escalate when necessary, and manage client transitions for projects

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of customer service experience and 5+ years of technical support experience
• Treasury experience, including treasury migration experience
• Experience in banking, financial services, treasury, and/or cash management
• Familiarity with ACH, Wire, SWIFT, and Lockbox banking applications
