Treasury Management Officer

Job Summary

Working in a full-time capacity, the Regional Treasury Management Officer II will remotely manage new and existing clients across multiple markets, focusing on client acquisition and engagement while presenting PNC's full range of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and address complex customer needs to enhance financial success and increase client loyalty
• Collaborate with the Virtual TM team and corporate sales partners to optimize client outreach and transition larger relationships
• Effectively manage risk and ensure compliance with PNC's risk profile while driving quality for new and existing clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
• Strong virtual communication skills for client management
• Experience in client relationship building and financial analysis
• Knowledge of credit products and risk management practices
