Treasury Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Management Services Specialist 2.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with processing inbound and outbound ACH files, meeting Federal Reserve deadlines and service level agreements
• Perform all department functions consistently, ensuring productivity and accuracy
• Communicate with internal colleagues and external customers to resolve ACH research issues and provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 3 or more years of customer service experience
• Financial institution-related experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite products and familiar with PEP+, TMIS, Passport, and Monarch
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under fast-paced deadlines
