Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Management Branch Solution Spec I.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex problems related to Treasury Management onboarding and servicing
• Prioritize service issues and ensure timely completion with accepted resolutions
• Train customers on new Treasury Management setups and act as an internal resource for inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years of banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to recommend process improvements for product and service workflows
• Experience in training or educating customers on specific products
