Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Management Solutions Center Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client experience for treasury management users through telephone and email interactions
• Ensure proper documentation for accurate client setup and audit processes in the TM division
• Process implementation set-ups for treasury management products and services and provide in-depth training

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in banking or treasury management
• Demonstrated client service experience utilizing phone and email systems
• Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to recognize sales opportunities and refer to TM Consultants as appropriate
