Treasury Management Specialist
Job Summary
Managing client relationships during online banking system upgrades, the contract Treasury Management Specialist will provide technical support, conduct training sessions, and ensure exceptional customer service for corporate clients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Effectively manage the transition of clients to new online banking platforms, providing technical support and customer service
- Deliver instructor-led virtual training sessions for clients on banking system functionalities
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and consult on additional product needs
Required qualifications
- Experience in Treasury Management sales, client service/account management, or online banking conversions
- Proficiency in handling NACHA files and various payment formats (ACH, Wire, Positive Pay)
- Minimum of 6 months to 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management
- BS in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience
- Experience conducting training sessions for diverse client sizes
