Treasury Management Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing client base, the contract Treasury Management Specialist will manage corporate client transitions to new online banking systems, providing technical support and training while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the upgrade or conversion of online banking systems for small to large corporate clients
- Deliver training sessions and provide technical support to clients during the transition process
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and assist clients with NACHA files
Required qualifications:
- Experience in Treasury Management sales, client service, or online banking conversions
- Proficiency in handling payment files for ACH, Wire, and Positive Pay
- Background in a contact center environment is a plus
- Minimum of 6 months to 5+ years of experience in Treasury Management
- BS in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent experience
