Job Summary
A company is looking for a Financial Services Customer Onboarding Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide service and product support to the Treasury Management segment via phone and email
- Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex customer problems with multiple non-standard solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products, services, and departmental systems while prioritizing service issues for first call resolution
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer and Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Previous call center environment experience of 1 year or more
- Treasury management experience of 1 year or more
- Ability to learn and teach basic and complex processes
- Experience with Treasury Management products is preferred
