Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Services Customer Onboarding Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide service and product support to the Treasury Management segment via phone and email
  • Identify, research, analyze, and resolve complex customer problems with multiple non-standard solutions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products, services, and departmental systems while prioritizing service issues for first call resolution


Required Qualifications
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Previous call center environment experience of 1 year or more
  • Treasury management experience of 1 year or more
  • Ability to learn and teach basic and complex processes
  • Experience with Treasury Management products is preferred
