Job Summary
Supporting Treasury Management Bank products in a remote capacity, the full-time Treasury Management Support Specialist will manage accounts, perform operational tasks, and develop customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction while working from Arizona during standard business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts and portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance through routine data entry and documentation
- Perform operational tasks related to customer, vendor, and associate inquiries
- Develop relationships with customers and vendors to streamline service experiences and provide resolutions to their needs
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in Operations, Support, or Customer Service
- Banking experience is preferred
- Treasury Management experience is preferred
- Experience in a call center or customer service role over the phone is preferred
