Job Summary
Supporting Treasury Management bank products remotely, the full-time Treasury Management Support Specialist will manage account servicing, perform operational tasks, and develop relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and streamline service experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Manages accounts, portfolios, or packages specific to the line of business, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Performs various operational tasks during customer, vendor, and associate inquiries
- Develops relationships with customers and associates to achieve business goals and provide effective resolutions
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in Operations, Support, or Customer Service
- Banking experience is preferred
- Treasury Management experience is preferred
- Experience with call center or customer service over the phone is preferred
