Treasury Manager

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of investments, the full-time Treasury Manager will oversee performance tracking, risk assessment, and monthly reporting while leading automation initiatives and mentoring junior analysts in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Run the monthly process end-to-end, ensuring operational excellence in performance reporting and settlement for each investment
• Monitor portfolio performance, value, and risk, providing insights to Finance and Treasury leadership
• Lead the automation roadmap to modernize team operations and enhance efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in investment management, portfolio management, structured finance, or capital markets
• Demonstrated experience in building and auditing cash-flow or financial models in spreadsheets
• Experience querying and analyzing data with SQL or a comparable query language
