Treasury Manager, Payments

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Treasury Manager, Payments, the full-time remote position will manage the building, maintaining, and operating of Treasury infrastructure to facilitate complex payment flows and safeguard merchant funds while providing real-time liquidity insights.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage product-facing treasury operations, including money movement and merchant payouts
• Oversee liquidity risk management and collaborate on risk management and compliance frameworks
• Develop actionable management reporting and dashboards to track payment operations and drive business success

Required qualifications

• Experience in Treasury with a focus on payment operations or merchant fund treasury in a licensed organization
• Deep expertise in payment flows, card network operations, and settlement mechanics
• Proven history of effective execution and creating processes from scratch in fast-paced environments
• Experience in managing relationships with financial institutions and negotiating service agreements
• Strong ability to leverage AI tooling and data for decision-making
