Treasury Manager, Payments

Job Summary

To support the rapid evolution of financial products, the remote Treasury Manager, Payments will manage product-facing treasury operations, oversee liquidity risk, and lead banking relationships while driving impactful data analysis and process transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Building and maintaining treasury operations for money movement and merchant payouts
• Managing liquidity risk and optimizing working capital across regulated and unregulated entities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop systems and automated processes that scale with merchant growth

Required qualifications

• Experience in Treasury with a focus on payment operations or merchant fund treasury at a licensed financial entity
• Deep expertise in payment flows, settlement mechanics, and card network operations
• Proven history of creating processes and systems in fast-paced environments
• Strong relationship management skills with financial institutions and experience negotiating service agreements
• Ability to leverage AI tools and data for decision-making
