Treasury Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day mechanics of fund movements, the full-time Treasury Operations Analyst will manage reserve positioning, execute wire transfers, and build treasury rebalancing workflows in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily reserve management and ensure adequate coverage across fiat and on-chain accounts
• Execute and oversee wire transfers, ACH settlements, and wallet funding across banking and custodial relationships
• Develop operational controls and reconciliation processes that scale with transaction volume

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or payments operations at a bank, fintech, or financial infrastructure company
• Hands-on experience with executing wires and managing bank portals
• High operational precision with a track record of catching discrepancies and documenting work
• Familiarity with banking and emerging payment rails; experience with stablecoins or crypto custody is a plus
• Experience working directly with banking partners, custodians, or payment processors highly preferred
