Treasury Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Operations Associate to join their payroll Treasury team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage receipt confirmation of funds from ACH transactions and wires
• Verify and respond to client A/R account balance inquiries prior to payroll batch releases
• Initiate ACH transactions and maintain an internal project list of client projects

Required Qualifications

• Experience in handling high volumes of work under pressure
• General understanding of financial and banking transactions
• Proficient in Excel, NetSuite, online banking portals, and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage time-sensitive activities with dedicated oversight
• Experience in payroll or treasury operations is preferred
