Treasury Operations Director
Job Summary
A financial technology company is looking for a Treasury Operations Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale a global best-in-class Treasury Operations function covering OTC operations, digital asset operations, and fiat operations
- Develop and implement operational solutions that create value for customers and exceed regulatory requirements
- Automate operational and reconciliation process flows to increase efficiencies and reduce errors
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in treasury, banking, payments industry or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing and leading teams
- Prior experience building and scaling an operations function
- Inquisitiveness and interest in macroeconomics and business cycle modeling
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite
