Treasury Operations Executive

Job Summary

To support the finance team following Mastercard's acquisition, the full-time VP Treasury will manage treasury operations and digital assets, execute strategies aligned with group objectives, and oversee banking and crypto relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute treasury strategies to support financial objectives and business growth initiatives
• Design and implement Treasury Management System, overseeing workflows, controls, and reporting architecture
• Identify and mitigate financial risks while establishing counterparty credit limits and conducting credit assessments

Required qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in corporate treasury or a similar senior finance role
• Proven experience implementing and managing Treasury Management System platforms
• Strong background in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
• Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent)
• Demonstrable experience managing both traditional fiat and cryptocurrency assets
