Treasury Operations Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Treasury.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily treasury operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments
- Lead and mentor a team of treasury professionals, fostering their growth and development
- Implement and manage a Treasury Management System (TMS) to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in treasury operations, with at least 4 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of treasury management systems and processes
- Experience in the Venture Capital, Private Equity, or Fund Administration industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- 4+ years of supervisory experience
