Treasury Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and product support for Treasury Solutions and assist clients with migrations and changes
• Support testing of new applications and document system issues, escalating when necessary
• Deliver moderate to high-complexity tasks and support Client Transitions Management Team initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of customer service experience with direct client interactions
• 5+ years of technical support experience
• Experience in banking, financial services, treasury, and/or cash management
• Proficiency with ACH, Wire, SWIFT, and Lockbox banking applications
