Treasury Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Joining the Treasury Operations team, the full-time Treasury & Banking Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day treasury operations, execute customer payment processing across fiat rails, and resolve escalated payment issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own day-to-day treasury and banking operations, including bank account funding and liquidity forecasting
• Execute daily customer payment processing, ensuring timely and compliant settlement
• Investigate and resolve escalated payment issues through root-cause research and coordination with banking partners

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in payment operations, treasury operations, or banking with exposure to money movement across payment rails
• Demonstrated proficiency with ACH and multi-rail payment processing; AAP or NACHA certification strongly preferred
• 1-2 years of experience managing relationships with third-party vendors or banking institutions
• Proven ability to balance competing priorities in a high-volume payment operations environment
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency and quality
