Treasury Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Joining the Treasury Operations team, the full-time Treasury & Banking Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day payment operations, liquidity management, and banking partner relationships, ensuring accurate and timely money movement across Coinbase's global entity structure in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily treasury and banking operations, including bank account funding and liquidity forecasting
• Execute daily customer payment processing across multiple fiat rails, ensuring compliance and timely settlement
• Investigate and resolve escalated payment issues by conducting root-cause research and coordinating with banking partners

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in payment operations, treasury operations, or banking with exposure to money movement across multiple payment rails
• Proficiency with ACH and multi-rail payment processing; AAP or NACHA certification preferred
• 1-2 years of experience managing relationships with third-party vendors or banking institutions
• Ability to balance competing priorities and deliver accurate work in a high-volume payment operations environment
• Experience utilizing generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency and quality
