Treasury Senior Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Senior Counsel to provide legal advice on banking and finance transactions and guidance on legal and regulatory developments in financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage legal aspects of external credit facility documentation and compliance
• Provide legal advice and support for cash management and optimization structures
• Review and advise on transactional banking products and services

Required Qualifications:

• J.D. or equivalent law degree from a recognized international institution
• Significant relevant in-house experience in Treasury
• Able to provide legal advice and support for trade credit issuance
• Ability to manage outside counsel and outside counsel fees
