Job Summary
Supporting and managing the day-to-day operations of commercial banking clients, the full-time remote Treasury Service Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, onboard new accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for commercial clients, addressing day-to-day servicing needs via phone or email
- Develop proactive relationships with clients to identify solutions and improve their banking experience
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client needs and manage special projects as assigned
Required qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent with 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management skills and disciplined self-motivation
- Proven resolution-based problem-solving abilities
