Treasury Service Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Service Specialist to manage day-to-day operations of treasury products and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients to support their day-to-day servicing needs
• Develop proactive relationships with clients to identify solutions and improve their experience
• Coordinate client needs with internal teams and manage the resolution of client issues

Required Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services
• Knowledge of Cash Management products and services
• Ability to work independently and in team environments
• Flexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
