Job Summary

A company is looking for a Treasury Services Specialist to support automated payment processing and treasury workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Process daily ACH disbursement files and ensure timely transmission to banking partners
Monitor ACH returns and exceptions, resolving issues in coordination with internal teams
Assist with bank reconciliations and maintain accurate logs of ACH file activity

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in ACH, treasury operations, or payment processing
Familiarity with NACHA file formats and ACH lifecycle
Experience with bank portals and ERP/financial systems
Strong Excel skills and data reconciliation experience
High level of accuracy and organization
