Treasury Services Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the subject matter expert on daily Treasury Services processes, the full-time hourly Treasury Services Specialist will manage monthly reconciliations, process banking setups, and provide training to the Treasury Services team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Complete monthly reconciliations of client accounts using Great Plains
• Process new business banking setups and make existing banking changes
• Lead training for new hires and existing team members on Treasury Services processes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Treasury Analyst
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and financial management systems like Great Plains
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
